School committee

Each school has a school committee. The tasks of the school committee are to draw up a proposal for the organisation of the school, a school development plan, a proposal on the distribution of the school's operating budget.

The school committee gives its opinion on all matters concerning the school staff and determines the needs for further training of the staff; it organises the management of the school's teaching and computer equipment.

The School Committee of the Municipality of Kopstal is composed of three members elected from the school staff for a term of office of four years. Two members of the school committee attend the meetings of the school board.
